SUNNYS™ RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Sunnys™, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. Below is our clear, straightforward returns policy to ensure you always feel confident with your purchase.

14-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in brand-new condition to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

To qualify:

  • Items must be in brand new condition

  • Must include original packaging

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a full refund or replacement promptly. This is in line with the UAE Consumer Protection Law.

REFUND METHODS

  • Card payments: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refunds will be provided as a store voucher of equal value.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • We offer one free exchange per order. Any additional exchange incurs a 45 AED shipping fee.

  • Contact us at hello@sunnys.ae with your order number and the reason for return or exchange.

PROMOTIONS AND BUNDLE OFFERS

If you return an item that was part of a promotional offer (e.g., “Buy 3, Pay for 2”) or any other promotions, the original offer no longer applies. Your refund will be recalculated based on the standard pricing of the remaining items in your order. This ensures fair application of discounts and is compliant with UAE retail regulations.

COMPLIANCE WITH UAE CONSUMER LAW

Sunnys™ complies fully with the Federal Law No. (15) of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Federal Decree-Law No. (46) of 2021 on E-Commerce. This includes your right to a refund for defective goods and full transparency in pricing and product condition.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Returns or refunds are not accepted after 14 days from delivery.

  • Shipping is always free, so your refund is not affected by delivery charges.

  • Items must be unused and in brand-new condition with original packaging to qualify for return. refund and the 14 money back guarantee.

  • If incorrect address details are provided by the customer, we may not be able to recover or refund the order once it has been shipped. Please double-check your details before confirming your order and contact us immediately if you spot any errors.

  • If an order is marked as delivered by the courier but you have not received it, please notify us at hello@sunnys.ae. We will investigate the delivery with our logistics partner and ensure that your product is either located or replaced. 

  • If your order is delayed but still in transit, we will investigate and keep you informed. Refunds are not issued for delays unless the item is lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window.
